Quick note: there is no best march in IBL. Everything depends on what you are countering. This setup is simply strong all-round that performs well into common meta pick like: Fire Khan or Full Fire marches.

March Core

What this march does in one sentence?

AoE magic pressure + silence control +consistent phyical dps and defense shredder, with Fire Dragon to to deal true damage to all enemies and inflicts Burn effect on them. Change to Water Dragon to increase your survivalbility on your team.

How does the march work?

Merlin = Mage DPS (AoE)
Merlin is your main primary damager. His ultimate hit all 4 enemy immortals, since magic always lands their hit, so your goal is to keep pressure high and force the opponement into defensive early on.

Skills setup:
Concentration = increase magic damage by 30%
Annihalation = 45% chance to deal 300% to all enemy units every 6 seconds
Death Breath = cause 75% phyiscal and magical damage to all enemy units every 6 seconds


Yoshitsune = Support
Yoshitsune brings reliable physical damage with multiple hits. When Merlin damage alone isn’t enough to secure kills, Yoshitsune helps to finishs it up. Additionally it will do double damage to immortals below 50% HP (to indiviual immortal HP then combined HP).

Skills setup:
Assist = 50% chance to apply assist on backline and transfer damage to yourself and reduced damage taken by 20%
Absolute Defense = blocking the next 3 instances of damage
Oaken Guard = 50% reduced physical damage received from 3 random ally


Harald III = Defense Shredder
Harald III makes the whole fight easier by applying physical defense reduction, which amplifies your Yoshitsune damage and suffocate them.

Skills setup:
Weakness = reduce resilience of enemy units by 20%.
Rage Blessing = increase random 3 allied unit energy regen by 50% for 12 seconds.
Energy Suppression = reduce energy regen speed by 50% to all enemy units for 12 seconds.


Attila the Hun = Fight Control
Attilla’s job is simple: deny enemy ultimates. Silence creates opportunity where the opponenet can’t gain energy regen for 4 second with 35% chance of succeeding.

Skills setup:
Malice = reduce crit rate of all enemy units by 20%.
Fighting Will = every 20% drop (Attila HP) of troops deal phyiscal damage to all enemy and has 46% chance rooting them for 6 seconds.
Resist = 3 random allies will receive -50% magical damage for 12 seconds.

Effects types

Root = Makes the unit unable to attack
Silence = Makes the unit unable gain energy regen
Suffocate = Damage over Time (DoT)
